The Coalition has retained Zaino Hall & Farrin LLC , a boutique tax and economic development law firm founded by a former Ohio Tax Commissioner Tom Zaino.  ZHF is assisting with developing new legislative language, providing policy papers based on analysis of actual data, and coordinating the Coalition’s efforts.
